3. Pricing & Availability
- All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated

4. Orders & Payment

5. Bespoke & Custom Work
For custom commission pieces:

- All specifications must be agreed upon prior to work commencing
- Deposits may be required and are non-refundable once work has begun
- Timelines are estimates and may vary based on material and process

Due to the nature of bespoke work, all custom orders are final sale.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
- WCV is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors
- International order may be subject to duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products:

Standard Products
- Returns may be accepted within 14 days if unused and in original condition
- Approval is required prior to return

Custom / Bespoke
- All custom and commissioned items are non-refundable and non-returnable
​
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

8. Authenticity & Disclosure
WCV is committed to transparency. Where applicable, we disclose:

- Material characteristics

However, gemstone evaluations involves expert interpretations, and minor variances may occur.
